This week was also full of "firsts" for Mataya. Uncle Matt and Aunt Amanda took us all out for Mataya's first restaurant experience - oh boy! But not just any restaurant; we went to Chef Gordon Ramsay's restaurant at The London in West Hollywood. No Applebee's for this little lady, she has quite a sophisticated palette! On Saturday Mataya went to her first party at the park for our friend's going away party. She had a lot of fun seeing familiar faces and meeting new people to play with, but we were sad to see our friends leave. Then the next day she got to go to church for the first time, which you may have seen her getting ready for in the last post. What an action packed week!
Even with her full schedule, she still finds time to enjoy the finer things in life...
like her froggy friend! She's pretty good at looking to find out where sounds are coming from now.

Surprise! Mataya was caught off guard while getting ready for her bath. Notice her conveniently placed buggy friend. She's so modest!
Daddy does a great job drying her off after a nice bath!

Hi Mataya! You are sooooo photogenic. I love looking at all of the photos that your Mom and Dad post of you. I especially love the first one here posted on September 15th. I need that one for my desktop so I can see your beautiful face all the time. I love you so much and I miss holding you.
