Luckily, the past couple of days, the nausea has been pretty manageable, but today I'm feeling yucky again. But I'm still hopeful that it'll be on it's way out very soon! I'm still very fatigued too, I could be ready for bed at about 7:00 at night! And my congestion seems to be better since we've been sleeping with a humidifier on (thank you Dad!) At least there's a payoff for all of this sickness! I'm really looking forward to my 2nd trimester when I apparently start feeling human again! Ellerey's been such a trooper through all of it! He's so understanding and gets me anything I need! Not to mention he's been cooking dinners since December! I really can't wait to feel well enough to start cooking for him and exercising again!

What is happening with your baby?
This week your baby will begin to take on more of a normal appearance as the eyes move closer together and the ears move closer to their final position. The intestines have grown so fast that they actually extend into the umbilical cord, but they will begin to move back into the abdomen. The kidneys can now secrete urine, and the nervous system is continuing to mature. Your baby may have developed more complicated reflexes such as sucking.
How big is your baby?
Your baby is 3 inches long and weighs 1 ounce by the end of this week.
